Raid Rules
1. Signups.
1.1Sign up in #raid-signups ahead of time. That's how we build the roster.
1.2Signed up and can't make it? Update it or tell an officer. Don't no-show.
1.3Real life comes first. Just give us a heads up.
2. Be ready.
2.1Online and at the instance by start time. Invites go out about 10 minutes prior.
2.2Repaired, restocked, ready to pull on time.
2.3Full consumables and proper enchants. Know your class and the fights. Watch a quick guide if it's new to you.
3. ThatsMyBIS is required.
3.1Every raider keeps a current BiS profile at thatsmybis.com.
3.2No profile filled out means you're not raiding. New to the tool? Ask and we'll walk you through it.
4. Loot: Master Loot.
4.1Items are rolled among everyone who has it listed as BiS. Highest roll wins.
4.2Nobody has it as BiS? It's rolled to anyone who wants it as a sidegrade or offspec.
4.3Loot spreads. Already won a piece tonight? You're lower priority on the next contested drop, unless you're the only one who wants it, then it's yours.
4.4Ties are a reroll, or settle it with a duel if both agree. Keep it quick.
4.5Tier gear: rolled like normal, but set completion breaks ties, and tier is exempt from the loot-spread rule so people can finish their sets.
5. Legendary.
5.1A Legendary is a guild effort, so it's handled separately from normal loot.
5.2First, it goes to the class and spec that benefits the guild the most.
5.3From there, among the people who fit that class and spec, it goes by rank. Veterans (S rank) are up first, then it trickles down the ranks from there.
5.4Same rank? It goes to whoever's put the most in: attendance, helping out, showing up.
5.5This applies to everyone, leadership included. Officers make the call, backed by attendance and contribution.
5.6The Legendary goes to whoever's putting in the work. Veterans earned their rank the same way, so they're first in line when it's their turn.
6. During the raid.
6.1Listen to the raid leader. One voice during pulls and strats.
6.2Talk trash, crack jokes, have fun, then lock in when it's time to kill something.
6.3Keep side-chatter for trash and breaks.
